Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
May 7, 2010 by the State on behalf of workers of Plastic Omnium
Automotive Exteriors, LLC., Troy, Michigan.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an active
certification, (TA-W-73,230A) which expires on March 18, 2012.
The certification of TA-W-73,230 was amended on June 4, 2010 to
include the workers of Troy, Michigan in support of the workers
covered by TA-W-73,230. Consequently, further investigation in
this case would serve no purpose, and the investigation has been
terminated.
