Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
May 3, 2010, on behalf of workers of Moore Flame Cutting Company,
Sterling Heights, Michigan.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid due to a worker's separation date being outside of the one
year petition filing date. Therefore, further investigation in
this case would serve no purpose and the investigation has been
terminated.
