Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 29, 2010 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Hewlett-Packard Company, Division of Corporate Administration &
Shared Services, including workers off-site reporting to various
States in the United States reporting to Omaha, Nebraska, located
in Omaha, Nebraska.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W 73,555) which expires
on May 20, 2012. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
