Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 28, 2010 by three workers on behalf of workers and former
workers of Kennametal, Inc., including on-site leased workers from
Spherion Staffing Services, Bedford, Pennsylvania.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an amended certification (TA-W-70,851A; Kennametal,
Inc., including on-site leased workers of Spherion Staffing
Services, Bedford, Pennsylvania; issued on December 14, 2010) which
expires on March 25, 2012. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
