Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 19, 2010 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Freescale Semiconductor, Inc., Technical Information Center,
Woburn, Massachusetts.
In response to the petitioner's request, an existing
certification (TA-W-71,855) was amended to include Technical
Information Center employees who supplied sales and technical
services for Freescale Semiconductor at the Woburn, Massachusetts
site. Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve
no purpose, and the investigation under this petition has been
terminated.
