Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on April 15, 2010 by the two workers of Dee Van
Enterprise USA, Inc., Fremont, California.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid because it is signed by only two workers. In addition,
the separation dates of the workers are more than one year
before the date of the petition. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
