Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 14, 2010, by a Colorado State Workforce Official on behalf of
workers of Carestream Health, Inc., Windsor, Colorado. The workers
apply emulsion coating on paper products.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an active
certification, TA-W-63,832 which expires on September 11, 2010.
The workers at the Windsor facility are not separately
identifiable between products. Consequently, further
investigation in this case would serve no purpose, and the
investigation has been terminated.
