Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 13, 2010 by a company official on behalf of workers of
Premier Manufacturing Support Services working on-site at General
Motors, Lake Orion, Michigan.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-71,952) which expires
on March 17, 2012. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
