Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 9, 2010 by a company official on behalf of workers of Sensata
Technologies MA, Incorporated, Power Controls Division, formerly
known as AIRPAX Corporation, Cambridge, Maryland.
The petition is a duplicate of petition number TA-W-73,800,
certified on May 25, 2010. Therefore, further investigation in this
case would serve no purpose and the investigation has been
terminated.
