Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
May 3, 2010, by three workers on behalf of workers of Pioneer
Press, LTD, Kaukauna, Wisconsin.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid because the workers' separation dates are more than one
year before the petition date. In addition, the petition was not
signed by all three workers. Therefore, the investigation has been
terminated.
