Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 5, 2010 by three workers on behalf of workers of J.C. Penney
Company, Inc., 401 N. Telegraph, Waterford, Michigan.
On June 25, 2010, the Department issued a negative
determination applicable to the same worker group (TA-W-73,772;
J.C. Penney Company, Inc., 401 North Telegraph, Waterford,
Michigan; filed on March 23, 2010 by the same three workers as in
TA-W-73,844).
Because the worker group in both cases is identical, further
investigation would serve no purpose. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
