Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed by
a company official on April 2, 2010 on behalf of workers of
Entrée Alaska, a Subsidiary of Entrée Canada Destinations, Inc.,
Langley, Washington.
During the course of the investigation, the Department was
informed by the petitioner that when the petition was filed, the
petitioners was not an official of the subject firm. Further,
the petition did not meet the requirements of a worker-filed
petition (three signatures of three workers from the same firm at
the same location).
The Department has determined that the petition is invalid.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
