Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 2, 2010 on behalf of workers of Hartford Financial Services,
Group, Incorporated, Medical Bill Processing and Production Center
Support, Syracuse, New York.
The petitioning worker group is covered by an existing
certification applicable to workers and former workers of
Hartford Financial Services, Group, Inc., Medical Bill
Processing and Production Center Support, Syracuse, New York
(TA-W-73,682A). Further investigation in this case would
duplicate efforts and serve no purpose; therefore the
investigation under this petition has been terminated.
