Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 31, 2010, by a Washington state employment specialist on
behalf of workers of Adrenaline Sporting Goods, LLC, Sherwood,
Oregon.
The petition has been deemed invalid due to a state agency
representative filing for a worker group outside of the state.
Therefore, further investigation in this case would serve no
purpose and the investigation has been terminated.
