Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed March 30, 2010 by the International Union Of
Electronic, Electrical, Salaried, Machine and Furniture Workers-
Communication Workers of America (IUE-CWA), Local 808, on behalf
of International Union Of Electronic, Electrical, Salaried,
Machine and Furniture Workers-Communication Workers of America
(IUE-CWA), Local 808, Evansville, Indiana.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be
withdrawn. Accordingly, the investigation has been terminated
