Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 30, 2010 by the Jefferson County Workforce Center in the
State of Colorado on behalf of workers of Keane, Inc., working on-
site at Teachers Insurance Annuity Association-College Retirement
Equities Fund (TIAA-CREF), Denver, Colorado.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-73,796; Keane, Inc.,
working on-site a the Teachers Insurance Annuity Association-
College Retirement Equities Fund, Denver, Colorado) which expires
on August 13, 2012. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
