Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 19, 2010 by a state official on behalf of workers of
Commercial Construction Management and Resource, Milford, Ohio.
The worker group is engaged in activities related to the provision
of maintenance activities.
The worker group is currently covered under petition number
TA-W-70,115 issued on December 10, 2009 and amended on April 8th,
2010. Therefore, further investigation in this case would serve no
purpose and the investigation has been terminated.
