an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 18, 2010, by three workers, on behalf of workers of Sony
Ericsson, USA, Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.
The petition is a duplicate of petition number TA-W-73,693,
filed on March 11, 2010, that is subject of an ongoing
investigation. Therefore, further investigation in this case would
serve no purpose and the investigation has been terminated.
