Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 27, 2010 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Kenco, Lexington, Kentucky.
An existing certification (TA-W-70724) has been amended to
include the worker group being considered under this petition.
Consequently, further investigation in this case would sere no
purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
