Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 11, 2010, on behalf of workers of MWH Americas, Inc., Silver
City Office, working on-site at Freeport-McMoran Tryone Mining,
LLC, Tyrone, New Mexico.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid because all three petitioners were separated more than one
year before the date of the petition. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
