Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 10, 2010 by a company official on behalf of workers of Lazar
Industries, LLC, Los Angeles, California (TA-W-73,669) and Lazar
Industries, LLC, Siler City, North Carolina (TA-W-73,669A) and are
the subject of this investigation. The workers are engaged in
activities related to the production of upholstered furniture.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Accordingly, the investigation has been terminated.
