an investigation was initiated on March 4, 2010 in response to a
petition filed by workers of Matsu Ohio, formerly known as Midwest
Stamping, LLC, Edgerton, Ohio
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an active
certification, (TA-W-73,035) which expires on May 18, 2012.
Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve no
purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
