Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
February 23, 2010, by a company official on behalf of workers of
Rotodie Company, Inc., D/B/A Rotometrics, Meadows of Dan, Virginia.
The petition is a duplicate of petition number TA-W-73,532,
filed on February 22, 2010, that is the subject of an ongoing
investigation. Therefore, further investigation in this case would
serve no purpose and the investigation has been terminated.
