an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
February 26, 2010, by the State of Oklahoma on behalf of workers of
Halliburton, Duncan, Oklahoma.
The petition is a duplicate of petition number TA-W-73,525,
filed on February 22, 2010 that is subject of an ongoing
investigation. Therefore, further investigation in this case would
serve no purpose and the investigation has been terminated.
