Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
February 24, 2010 on behalf of workers of APM Terminals, a wholly-
owned subsidiary of A.P. Moller-Maersk Group, Charlotte, North
Carolina.
The worker group is currently covered under petition number
TA-W-71,914, certified on October 8, 2009. Therefore, further
investigation in this case would serve no purpose and the
investigation has been terminated.
