Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
February 23, 2010 by a company official on behalf of workers of
Premier Manufacturing Support Services, Inc., Fremont, California.
Workers of Premier Manufacturing Support Services, Inc.,
Fremont, California are covered by an active certification (TA-W-
72,748). That certification covers workers of New United Motor
Manufacturing, Inc., formerly a joint venture of General Motors and
Toyota Motor Corporation, Fremont, California and was amended on
June 24, 2010 to include on-site leased workers. Therefore, this
petition has been terminated.
