February 17, 2010 by a company official on behalf of workers of
Springs Global US, Inc., Charles D. Owen Manufacturing Division,
Swannanoa, North Carolina.
The petition is a duplicate of petition number TA-W-73,469,
filed on February 17, 2010, that is subject of an ongoing
investigation. Therefore, further investigation in this case would
serve no purpose and the investigation has been terminated.
