Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
February 3, 2010 on behalf of workers of AT&T Mobility Services,
LLC, Consumer Centers Sales and Service Organization, Mobility
Customer Service Centers, Quality Observation Group, Sacramento,
California.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an earlier
certification (TA-W-73,312; AT&T Mobility Services, Consumer
Centers Sales and Services Organization, Mobility Customer Service
Centers, Quality Observation Group). Further investigation in this
case would serve no purpose; therefore, the investigation under
this petition has been terminated.
