Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
February 2, 2010 by a Texas state workforce official on behalf of
workers of C.C. Forbes Company, Big Lake, Texas.
The petition is a duplicate of the petition filed on
February 1, 2010 (TA-W-73,387) that is the subject of an ongoing
investigation for which a determination has not yet been issued.
Therefore the investigation under this petition has been
terminated.
