Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 26, 2010, by a company official on behalf of workers of
Ceratizit Newcomer USA, Derry, Pennsylvania.
The petition is a duplicate of petition number TA-W-73,309,
filed on January 20, 2010, that is subject of an ongoing
investigation. Therefore, further investigation in this case would
serve no purpose and the investigation has been terminated.
