Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated on January 22, 2010 in response to a
petition filed by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
The Carestream Health Inc. Sensitizing Department, Windsor,
Colorado.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an earlier
petition (TA-W-63,832) filed on August 7, 2008 and that expires on
September 11, 2010, that was approved for Trade Adjustment
Assistance. Consequently, further investigation in this case would
serve no purpose, and the investigation under this petition has
been terminated.
