Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 21, 2010, on behalf of workers of The North Carolina
Moulding Company, Lexington, North Carolina.
The petition is a duplicate of petition number TA-W-73,186,
filed on December 30, 2009, that is subject of an ongoing
investigation. Therefore, further investigation in this case would
serve no purpose and the investigation has been terminated.
