Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 21, 2010 on behalf of workers of Cascade Grain Products,
LLC, Clatskanie, Oregon.
The Department issued a negative determination (TA-W-73,315)
applicable to the petitioning group of workers on September 19,
2009. No new information or change in circumstances is evident
that would result in a reversal of the Department's previous
determination. Consequently, further investigation would serve
no purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
