an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 19, 2010, on behalf of workers of Wood-Mode, Kreamer,
Pennsylvania.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid because the petitioners were not employed during the
relevant one year period prior to the petition. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
