Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 19, 2010 on behalf of workers of The Montreal, Maine &
Atlantic (MMA) Railway, Inc., Hermon, Maine (MMA). The workers are
engaged in activities related to the supply of hauling services.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid. Two of the three petitioners were separated more then one
year prior to the petition date. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
