Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 14, 2010 on behalf of workers of JP Morgan Chase, Fort
Worth, Texas. The workers were engaged in activities related to
bank administration.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid because all three petitioners were separated more then one
year prior to the date of the petition. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
