Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 7, 2010 on behalf of workers of Rexam Beverage Can North
America, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The workers are engaged in
activities related to the production of aluminum beverage cans.
The worker group is already under an existing investigation
(TA-W-70,982), filed on June 5, 2009. Therefore, further
investigation in this case would serve no purpose and the
investigation has been terminated.
