Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 6, 2010 by three workers on behalf of workers of Yazake
North America, Fenton, Missouri.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an amended
certification, TA-W-63,052 which expired on April 14, 2010.
Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve no
purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
