Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated on December 30, 2009 in response to
a petition filed on behalf of workers of Hagemeyer North America
working on-site at Cummins Filtration, Lake Mills, Iowa.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an active
certification (TA-W-72,144) which expires on October 15, 2011.
Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve no
purpose, and the investigation under this petition has been
terminated.
