Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated on December 30, 2009 in response to
a petition filed on behalf of workers of Advanced Technology
Services, Inc., Peoria, Illinois.
Petitions filed by a group of adversely affected workers must
be signed by at least three workers from a group of workers working
at a specific location for a specific company or public agency
producing a specific product or group of products or services. The
petition filed on behalf of workers of Advanced Technology
Services, Inc., Peoria, Illinois was not signed by at least three
workers working at a specific location.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid. Consequently, further investigation in this case would
serve no purpose, and the investigation under this petition has
been terminated.
