Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
December 29, 2009 by a company official on behalf of workers of
Siemens Medical Solutions, Malven, Pennsylvania.
The petition is a duplicate of petition number TA-W-73,099,
filed on December 15, 2009, that is subject of an ongoing
investigation. Therefore, further investigation in this case would
serve no purpose and the investigation has been terminated.
