an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
December 28, 2009 by a company official on behalf of workers of
Trimble Navigation Ltd., Mobile Computing Solutions Division,
Corvallis, Oregon.
The petition is a duplicate of petition number TA-W-73,144,
filed on December 24, 2009, that is subject of an ongoing
investigation. Therefore, further investigation in this case would
serve no purpose and the investigation has been terminated.
