Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
December 23, 2009 on behalf of workers of Nippon Fusso Company,
Ltd., Richmond, California, by an individual self-identified as a
One-Stop Operator/Partner.
The investigation revealed that the individual who filed the
petition is not a One-Stop Operator/Partner, company official,
union official, State Workforce Office, or a duly-authorized
representative. Therefore, the petition is not in compliance
with 29 CFR 90.11.
Accordingly, the investigation has been terminated.
