Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
December 9, 2009 by a company official on behalf of workers of
Honeywell International, Inc., Automation Control Solutions,
Sensing and Control, including on-site leased workers from
Manpower, Spring Valley, Illinois.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an active
certification, (TA-W-72,904) which expires on January 29, 2012.
Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve no
purpose, and the investigation as been terminated.
