Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
December 8, 2009 on behalf of workers of Avaya Inc., Avaya
Worldwide Services, Global Support Services (GSS) Organization,
Coppell, Texas (Avaya). The workers were engaged in activities
related to the supply software technical support.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an active
certification which expires on September 11, 2011 (TA-W-70,405).
Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve no
purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
