Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
December 02, 2009, by a single worker on behalf of workers of
Boeing Aerospace Corporation, Seattle, Washington.
To be considered valid, petitions for Trade Adjustment must be
filed by three workers or an authorized representative. The current
petition did not meet this standard. Accordingly, the investigation
has been terminated.
