Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 24, 2009, by a State of Georgia workforce representative
on behalf of workers of EDS, an HP Company, Alpharetta, Georgia.
The investigation revealed that the one worker for whom this
petition was filed is a member of a worker group in the EDS office
in Charlotte, North Carolina. That worker group is already covered
by an active certification (TA-W-70,163), which expires on July 1,
2011. Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve
no purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
