Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 19, 2009 by a company official on behalf of workers of
Clark Construction, El Dorado, Texas. Workers at the subject firm
are engaged in employment related to the provision of oil and gas
production related services.
The petitioner did not provide sufficient information to
enable the Department to proceed with the investigation.
Consequently, the petition regarding the investigation has been
deemed invalid and the investigation has been terminated.
