an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 4, 2009, on behalf of workers of DW Enterprise of Ashland,
Inc., Ashland, Ohio.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid because it was filed by only one worker. Therefore,
further investigation in this case would serve no purpose and the
investigation has been terminated.
