Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
October 30, 2010, on behalf of workers of General Motors Company,
formerly known as General Motors Corporation, Paint and Polymers
Engineering Center, Technical Center, Warren, Michigan.
Workers of General Motors Company, formerly known as General
Motors Corporation, Paint and Polymers Engineering Center,
Technical Center, Warren, Michigan, are covered by an active
certification (TA-W-72,121) that expires on October 30, 2012.
Therefore, further investigation in this case would serve no
purpose and the investigation has been terminated.
